Shipping policy

Processing time
Every order is handcrafted in small batches. Orders placed by 2pm CT ship within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We ship via USPS and UPS from the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days after your order ships. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Free shipping
Orders of $10 or more (before tax) ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $10 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the ship date, email coach@bigboybalm.com with your order number and we will investigate right away.
